To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShortURL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any short links. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites that short links redirect to.

7. Link Removal

We reserve the right to remove any short link at any time, for any reason, including links that violate these Terms, are subject to a DMCA complaint, or are reported for abuse.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any URLs you submit. By submitting a URL, you grant ShortURL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and redirect that URL as part of providing the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
